I've been trying to find quick, and tasty ways to make and quickly eat large quantities of eggs. Most weightlifters do hard boiled, quick to make, and one bite and they're gone. But, I don't like hard boiled eggs (that dry yolk...), and things like scrambled and fried eggs take a hell of a lot longer to eat. Been currently making egg salad sandwiches. Tasty, but of course, take a hell of a lot longer to eat than hard boiled. Deviled eggs are quick to eat, and tasty like the egg salad sandwich, but have more prep time.

So, share quick and easy to eat egg recipes and ideas, please.

Older eggs are better for hard boiled eggs. I've found if I just buy eggs and boil them right away they can be very hard to peel. If they have been in the fridge for a week or more they tend to be easier to peel.

I've heard adding baking soda to the water can help with them peeling as well but haven't tried it.
