The code is already in place so I suppose there just sitting around waiting on when to flip the switch. This is exactly what Larry Lessig warned about in his book Code 2.0. The only browser left right now that doesn't have that is PaleMoon, and there's an active effort to ridicule and extinguish it from existence. Have you heard of this? I wonder if PaleMoon is the only way to go against this.
