All you have to do is look at the shape of the hips to know that this is false.
Men are built for the most efficient form- both for exerting power and minimally expending energy- even without taking testosterone into account (test causes incresed bloodflow, more lung capacity, denser bones and denser muscle tissue)
Women have to survive birth. That shape isn't for efficient hunting.
I was looking up world records once, and I noticed the fastest woman is only 1 second behind Usain Bolt. She was probably not as tall, so lost some time on that. It's actually upper body strength that women are severely lacking in. They still have to be able to stand and walk and all that stuff. They are generally shorter and lighter, though. When I looked at the records for throwing a heavy ball, the women were using a lighter ball and still not throwing it as far as the men. In other words the difference is drastic.
