lol, I glanced over that part.
it's thinking twice about your child's safety just good parenting? also your daughter getting an abortion would be a good reason to think twice about her safety. Or knowing she is having tons of sex that you think would result in a pregnancy that you would want her to abort, also good reason to think twice about her safety.
