These Marcusian Neo-Marxists don't actually see it as any sort of contradiction. Using the principle of Repressive Tolerance, they justify any behavior of the Left and condemn any behavior of the Right, to the point of justifying pre-emptive violence against it.

In the real world, this is absolutely insane, because it is. But these Marxists don't actually live in the real world, they live in a paralogical (false logic) world. In this world, THEY are in power and you MUST obey them.
