A man who runs a lab where he dedicates most of his attention to the members working under him who show initiative and similar interest in the field as him?
UNACCEPTABLE. This is the opposite of diversity, selfappoint. For every 1 worker who shows up early/on time every day and always puts in the extra effort, you need 1 employee who always shows up late and leaves without getting their shit done. Only with this diversity of work ethic can we be successful.
