Men, by nature, choose high-risk, high-reward jobs. Women, by nature, choose lower-risk, lower-reward jobs. It's biology. Nature does not women taking risks. Men are expendable in nature. Women represent the survival of the species. Nature wants women indoors by the fire. I'm not saying that women have it easy. At all. There's more than enough suck to go around, regardless of what's in your pants. But our fundamental construction and drives are different. We are built for purpose. And we are not at the point in human evolution - and won't likely ever be - that this is changing. So, all we're doing is pretending.
