Fuck this. No. Absolutely not. It's like 24, 30ish1 is the beginning of their fall if they were constantly using makeup and face bleach / chemicals etc.

The findings, from a survey of the opinions of over 2,000 men and women, found that beauty was as much rooted in personality as appearance.

14-17 is when females are at their best. Thats why they set the age of consent at 18. So the rich can skirt the laws and get females at their peak.

If you factor in obesity then yes. The avarage 15 year old is going to be in better shape than the avarage 24 year old sadly.
