So when your brain is so fucked up and mutated that you want to end your genetic line, that you are willfully going against what nature spent thousand of years evolving and perfecting, it's going to show physically. Their face will be deform, unappealing, asymmetrical. They'll have a poor immune system and always complain of being sick or having mental illness.
