Not much to give. When I get an answer from any engineer, I double check their work if I have time. No big problems with females. I recognize that they get perks in college that white men don't get and my company has a 2 year weed-out program for new engineers before I work with them. No big problems stick out in my memory. They normally don't stay in an engineering position for more than 10 years... promotions and life changes.
