Look at it this way, the court has ruled that a biological male is the only possible person who can be a father. The court literally just told two dykes that they are and will never be equivalent to a biological man. This is actually a hard blow to feminists in that they have no legal routes to be considered "fathers" to any child. It probably applies to trans too since the court has implied only biological males can be fathers. Also, the guy was a dumbass for not going through the medical and legal channels that could have spared him this verdict.
