The ruling suggests that in Kansas a man can only legally be considered a sperm donor if he goes through a doctor.

Shawnee County District Court Judge Mary Mattivi said: "A parent may not terminate parental rights by contract even when the parties have consented.

"The parties' self-designation of (Mr Marotta) as a sperm donor is insufficient to relieve (Mr Marotta) of parental rights and responsibilities."

He done fucked up. It has to be documented through the medical and legal channels in order to receive protections from paternity lawsuits. Simply declaring one's self to be a sperm donor, even with consent of all parties involved in the child's conception and birth, does not meet the legal requirements for immunity. I don't normally side with corrupt family courts on these issues, but in this case I believe they have legal standing to make such a ruling. Never donate sperm, even through the established channels.

Read the article. The lesbos didn't sue, the government did. The lesbos were poor and applied for welfare. The great state of Kansas went to court to get the sperm donor declared legally financially responsible for the kid because they didn't want to pay white people welfare, even lesbian white people.

Look at it this way, the court has ruled that a biological male is the only possible person who can be a father. The court literally just told two dykes that they are and will never be equivalent to a biological man. This is actually a hard blow to feminists in that they have no legal routes to be considered "fathers" to any child. It probably applies to trans too since the court has implied only biological males can be fathers.

Also, the guy was a dumbass for not going through the medical and legal channels that could have spared him this verdict.
