It’s often HR, a field dominated by women’s studies and other useless female majors who finally had to get real jobs, that drives these decisions as much as the “hiring manager.” They set some back room policy or quota. The managers for their part decide that if they have to hire a bitch, she might as well be nice to look at.
The women whom are hired by you are not going to bang you forever.
Or bang at all. Too many of these women imply they will offer some "special" reward, and when the simp tries to collect it he often realizes that he has been played. They may even threaten him with "metoo" publicity.
