That's just a tagline they tell dummies to get them to sign up. All it equates to is an extra couple weeks (months? I don't fucking know, I was the kind of dummy who signed up for the Navy instead of the Marines because I wanted the GI Bill but was too cowardly to join a real military branch) of training in basic Rifle/Combat shit before they get job training.
In that case, going by OP's logic, no women should be Marines. Which is true, as women shouldn't really be in the military in the first place. They introduce more problems than they solve.
