LOL That still looks shooped to my eyes. It looks like it was done by someone really bad at using the lasso tool.

It looks like the kinda photoshop I'd make. (I'm completely and utterly useless at image manipulation.)

I'm not doubting the veracity, just commenting on how it looks in the image. A giant concrete vagina is something I'd expect to be true.
