Wild men exist today. They are called niggers, muslims, and gypsies. They follow the description of wild men to the letter. they rape, pillage, and care nothing for civilization. We have not had walls for several hundred years to cast women out into the wilds, and have done the foolish thing of declaring enforcement of this pact murder. This only lets women embrace the ways of the wilds seek multiple partners, and form herds of females that drive out all men, except those who shove their way in and rape any woman they can catch, or entice women with drugs and money. Women who break this pact must be made example of, and the ancient penalty must be enforced once more. Combining this ancient Sumerian pact with expulsion of Muslims and blacks from America would result in a stable low crime society, excluding anything the jews could do to screw this up as they are currently doing by breaking this ancient pact and directly exposing the vulnerable heart of civilization to wild men.
