I haven't noticed that at all. Some women are pleasant to work with and some aren't regardless of profession, but that goes for guys as well.
Yeah no. Tech-nerd women tend to be great workers. In my experience they don't power trip as much or do as much work avoidance. About 1/3 of my team are women and 2 of my 5 team leads. All you have to do is not hire them based on their looks... Be brutal in your screening with the tech questions and it tends to work out.
