You can’t know for sure even with medical analysis. How do you know she didn’t bang her ex or some random guy at the bar the night before? You simply can’t. You gotta trust her and use condoms at the beginning.
Now If she tells you she takes birth control pills when you grab a condom, it’s also a big red flag.
