And that the pendulum has swung so hard it has broken off several times throughout history. It usually ends with the city burning to the ground and everyone saying "fuck this" and leaving.

there are enough ruins around the Mediterranean that you can't go for a walk on the beach without tripping over a broken stone block from a long forgotten structure.

Feminism, the force of change that dragged women away from a nuclear family and taught them that men were evil. When they hit 30 or 40, they realize they've been had and go cry out for any man who will take them. This is where we laugh at them and point out their bullshit.
