equality of outcome is faking the result. Equality of opportunity lets the best demonstrate their skill. the former will get you expelled, the later will get you a passing grade, and keep it up over time, a potential job opportunity. forcing the former is how societies fall, as those with the later see the former and either incite rebellion, or leave for another country and tell them how weak their homeland has become.
