Kioti? In terms of cost efficiency, better than John Deere, Mahindra, and Kubota. Personally I stay away from Deere as the block on mine completely split while I was sitting on it and threw me 5-8 feet in the air. Took almost 5 months to get it fixed while it was under warranty and sold it right after.
Mahindra have heard good things about but they did not offer the accessories I needed at the time so didn't go that way.
I purchased a Kubota and mainly bc I can change accessories with ease by myself, my model fits perfectly on 20' trailer and customer service and warranty work has been superb in the 5 years since purchase. A little more expensive for same size models as Kioti but well worth the feeling of no stress if I need repairs done and also much cheaper than a Deere.
Edit: I do have a Deere riding mower (my 3rd) and have never had an issue in 12 years other than blade and belt replacement. It was 14k, 12 years ago so I assume the prices are absolutely ridiculous now on everything they offer.
