Racial preferences are important, it's just going the wrong direction.

The constitution actually says that “all men are created equal.” It certainly doesn’t endorse an animal farm-esque, Orwellian concept of “some animals are more equal than others”.

So she’s fundamentally wrong about the constitution, but then that’s not surprising since the average privately educated middle schooler knows the constitution more thoroughly than anyone in this administration.

Now, since the constitution, there have been laws passed to deal with discrimination. The underlying concept of those laws being that discrimination in general, is wrong, and thus been made illegal.

The biggest logical problem with affirmative action is, and has always been, that it turns the fundamental underlying concept that “discrimination is wrong” on its head…because affirmative action is diametrically opposed to anti-discrimination law.

But see, the left wants it both ways (just like everything else with those fucking shitheads). “My body my choice” unless it relates to coerced participation in a gene therapy experiment. “Discrimination is bad” unless it’s against the races they don’t happen to like.

So, if they truly want affirmative action then they also have to accept that the white car shop can refuse to fix a black guy’s car. Unless and until they are willing to accept discrimination across the board as a two-way street, they can shut right the fuck up.

That's interesting, I never recall race ever being mentioned in the constitution or amendments. Must be the fake constitution they wrote.

And here's the danger, these criminals can make up anything and get away with it because their media lapdogs will never call them out on it.

It is, however, in the declaration of independence. That is, stating that America is a White nation, built by Whites, for Whites. Everyone else can fuck right off. Also in the earliest immigration law iirc
