IMHO inserting the entire cartridge through an existing bull hole is "sending a message" if the cartridge was inserted by one of the many potential assassins. OTOH, it's sensationalism by the usual bunch of fucktard "news media" people. And calling it "a high caliber bullet" just shows ignorance. It's a .30 caliber ball round. Now, a "high caliber" round wolud be a .50 caliber or a 20mm with a DP slug.
