I tried a Beyond Meat burger at a nicer local restaurant. I asked me sister, who is an NP, first, if it was okay to eat just one (because of the health implications). She said one would not hurt me. But one a day or even one a weak may start to change my hormones too much.
So I tried it. It was okay...not meat at all. It didn't taste bad. But didn't taste great.

No surprise there bc the overwhelming consensus is that plant based meats taste like shit (while also being deficient in nutritional value also lack enzymes only available from animal fat that are then utilized by the gall bladder and stomach to successfully enable breaking down and metabolizing whatever you ingest). Ask the people, 9 out of 10 say 'Nope'.
