Sell it outright, we haven't got the cash for another multimillion dollar building, build a small one for the smaller workforce and computers are also not room sized mainframes and backups anymore and with most of the force in other states you need a building a 1/10th that size. Hell selling it might make a ton of cash since that could go for a 1/4 billion for the people that want a secure as hell building that is the one.
