GOOD. That fucking building looks and is evil as hell. I've walked down the sidewalk next to it and you can feel the evil and how cold the air is just being near it. Instead of redevelopment, make it a park and memorial to all the lives and families the FBI has destroyed.
Sell it outright, we haven't got the cash for another multimillion dollar building, build a small one for the smaller workforce and computers are also not room sized mainframes and backups anymore and with most of the force in other states you need a building a 1/10th that size. Hell selling it might make a ton of cash since that could go for a 1/4 billion for the people that want a secure as hell building that is the one.
Make it housing for the "low income" folkx the district claims to love so much.
