Subtext, the spying tools we forced/paid the telecom companies to implement are now extremely compromised (predictably) by our enemies. Now, please use this other app that we have infiltrated and *think* the enemy has not yet... Because we still want to spy on you but hope the enemies cant..yet. I don't know what is best but I use signal. Also, make sure to reboot your phone daily. It's a thing, you should do it.
