Was the FBI ever actually needed for anything? They got their authority from going after crime gangs in the 1930s, but did they even need to exist back then? Somebody else would have captured Bonnie and Clyde eventually if the FBI had not been there. They have the power to cross state lines, which is the only reason they are needed at all, for anything. But what do they actually do lately, other than fake terrorist attacks so they can stop them and make themselves look good?
