Ya this doesn't happen at all. Went through something similar with a person close to me. They basically force ya to take plan b. The option to not is on the table but it doesn't look good in a DA eyes if you don't.

The victim can keep the pregnancy going but would potentially have interactions with the rapist since parental rights don't just go away. Its abad idea unless the jurisdiction terminates parental rights due to rape.
