I have bought several hundred dollar pillows that didn't work out. When my wife for me one of these, I finally ended my quest for a better pillow. I know not everyone likes them, though. At about $60 they are a good buy compared to more expensive pillows that didn't work as well for me. I have neck problems, apnea, ptsd, all from an IED in Iraq, so it is a big deal to me.
