On March 29, 2021, Mary Ann Elvington was found dead. A stranger named Dominique Brand had come to Mary's home, armed with a shotgun, and forced the 80-year-old grandmother to drive him around for a couple of hours. Then he took Mary to an old deserted grocery store where he shot her before abandoning the vehicle.
