On February 17, 2021, Tamaralynn Ann Russell was attacked on the road. Paul Foutner had been riding in a vehicle that Tamaralynn apparently cut off with her van. After she and her passenger got into a brief argument with Paul's group, he emerged with a gun and shot Tamaralynn in the head, causing her to crash into a building. He also shot a nearby school bus. The occupants of the bus were not injured, but Tamaralynn passed away, leaving behind a young son and daughter.
