On January 21, 2013, Rebecca Lorraine Foley was in her car when a group of men tried to rob her. She started to drive away from Kevin Smith, Roderick Parrish, Jordan Campbell, and James Pastures, but they shot through the back window of her vehicle, killing 21-year-old Rebecca.
