On November 19, 2017, Chelsea Renee Beller was closing a restaurant when it was robbed. Samuel Ott and some accomplices ran into the establishment, armed and wearing masks. They tied up the other employees and forced Chelsea, who was the manager, to open the safe. As they left, they fatally shot her.
