On November 7, 2017, Susan Harper Grissom was attacked in her home. Kurtrell Williams walked in through Susan's open garage and found her in the kitchen. She tried to grab a knife and defend herself, but Kurtrell shot her several times, then searched Susan's purse and left the scene with a credit card and about 15 dollars. Susan's husband later found her body on the kitchen floor.

Random violence is scary. Even Kurtrell Williams’ “family” could be victimized by some random incident of tragedy.
