On November 6, 2017, David Ray Ryman was killed on the job. As David was repairing a truck, his friend Henry Cousins confronted him about some work David was supposed to do for him. According to Henry, he was trying to hit David on the head with his handgun (which he was not legally eligible to possess) when he accidentally shot the 26-year-old father of three in the chest instead.
