Tina had been driving home from an evening with her dog and her best friend when a drunken NFL player named Henry Ruggs crashed into her car at a speed of over 150 miles per hour. Although still conscious and not fatally wounded, the 23-year-old was unable to escape the wreckage as a fire eventually grew and filled the vehicle.
