On October 21, 2017, Dametri Joseph Romero was seen alive for the last time. Witnesses say Dametri appeared to be injured and another man, DeAnthony Francois, was holding a gun. For reasons that haven't been reported, DeAnthony shot the 19-year-old and then drove around looking for a place to leave his body. Police found the site and arrested DeAnthony the next day.
