On October 16, 2011, Brent Meredith Hachfeld was killed by a punch. Brent had left a party in the early morning and taken a wrong turn into an unfamiliar neighborhood. A teenager named Bobby Troy struck Brent in the back of the head and searched through his pockets as he lay unconscious. Brent left behind his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
