On October 16, 1998, Tiffany Nicole Long was lured into an empty house by three youths between 13 and 17 years old. Dorthia Bynum, Harold Jones, and Joseph Jones worked together to choke the 10-year-old with a television cable, sodomize her, and beat her to death with a bed rail.
