On October 15, 2016, Tracey Donahue was riding in a car with her husband when several bullets hit the vehicle. Kenneth McDonald was driving around on the interstate, shooting his gun at other cars, when he hit both Tracey and her husband. One of the shots pierced Tracey's neck, killing her. Kenneth was later arrested after entering a store and trying to rape one of the employees at gunpoint.
