On October 7, 2019, Victoria Sue Leisure was killed in a drive-by shooting. She was sitting in a parked car with another woman and two men when Darius Withers — who was the other woman's boyfriend — sent one of the men a threatening text message. Darius then approached in his own vehicle, leaned out the window, and sprayed the group with gunfire. One of the shots hit 30-year-old Victoria, who left behind two young children.
