No matte how many shitty calls you get in a row, you shouldn't be like that to a kid who is clearly upset. As soon as the words "he killed my mom, she's dead" left her mouth, he should have turn on adult instincts mode and become a good person. While they don't get paid a ton, they do get paid decently. Better than most run of the mill callcenters.
