On September 24, 2010, Alexandra Engler was killed in her home. Looking to steal a large plasma TV, Aramis Jackson broke in and shot the 42-year-old in the head, then shot Alexandra's 9-year-old daughter several times as she lay on the floor next to her mother's body. The girl survived the attack and was able to crawl away and call 911.

I got a guy on 911 when my mom died. He did way better than that. That guy was horrible. “Is this a prank?” What the ultimate fuck? Dude must have been high.
