On September 24, 2010, Alexandra Engler was killed in her home. Looking to steal a large plasma TV, Aramis Jackson broke in and shot the 42-year-old in the head, then shot Alexandra's 9-year-old daughter several times as she lay on the floor next to her mother's body. The girl survived the attack and was able to crawl away and call 911.

No matte how many shitty calls you get in a row, you shouldn't be like that to a kid who is clearly upset.

As soon as the words "he killed my mom, she's dead" left her mouth, he should have turn on adult instincts mode and become a good person.

While they don't get paid a ton, they do get paid decently. Better than most run of the mill callcenters.
