On September 23, 2013, Richard Michael Carter was killed by a tenant. When he went to collect rent from Leroy Glover, Leroy shot the 61-year old, then set a fire at the scene to cover up the evidence while his brother Jason Glover set Richard's car on fire with the body inside.
