On September 23, 2009, Todd Roberts Henry was working as a special education teacher when he was killed by one of his students. Byron Truvia, 16 years old, stabbed Todd in the heart with a kitchen knife in his classroom. A few weeks short of his one-year wedding anniversary, Todd left behind three stepchildren and two granddaughters.
