On September 17, 1990, Jennifer Ann Lewis was riding her bike to the store to buy some gum when she was kidnapped. Stanley Liggins raped and strangled her to death, then poured gasoline on the body and set it on fire. Her burning remains were found behind a school in a garbage bag.
