On September 15, 2006, Holly Jean Quick was found dead in her bloodied bedroom. Tamir Hamilton, a friend of Holly's older sister, had raped and killed the 16-year-old, leaving her body in bed to be discovered by her mother in the morning. "I pulled the blanket back, and she was staring at the ceiling. She was gone. Someone cut her throat."

Drugs during pregnancy certainly play a major role, especially when it's generations after generations, and at the same time I'm pretty sure it's not a "single issue problem", more like a cocktail of all the bad stuffs pretty much
