On June 29, 2005, Concetta Russo-Carriero was killed in a parking garage. The 56-year-old mother of two was headed out on a lunch break from work when Philip Grant stabbed her twice in the heart. When he was arrested, Philip told the police that he killed Concetta because she was blond with blue eyes.

"I was thinking that the first person I see this morning that looks white, I'm killing them... If I'd have had a gun today, there'd be a lot of dead white people on the streets."
